Programs That Are Hard to Get Elsewhere
Why Patients Travel for Screening
Some of what these packages include means long waits, separate referrals, or high out-of-pocket costs in many countries:
- Brain MRI with cerebral MRA (Executive) — usually a specialist referral and a multi-week wait elsewhere; here it is part of a single screening visit.
- Hereditary cancer genetic screening (Executive) — a 21-gene panel plus SDC2 colorectal methylation screening, normally ordered only after specialist referral.
- Low-dose chest CT and cardiac imaging (Essential and above) — lung and cardiovascular screening in the same morning.
- One visit, one morning — blood work, imaging and physician examinations are completed in a single visit, with results explained within 3–5 business days.
Specialty programmes are also available on request, with the same pricing structure:
| Specialty programme | Focus |
|---|---|
| Digestive system | Painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy under anaesthesia, food-intolerance and infection panels |
| Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular | Brain MRI and MRA, cardiac markers, vascular ultrasound and Doppler |
| Endocrine and metabolic | Insulin-release testing, diabetes autoantibodies, hormone and bone-metabolism panels |
| Rheumatology and immunology | Autoimmune panels (ANA, anti-CCP, RF), HLA-B27 and cell immunity |
| Preconception and fertility | TORCH, AMH and sex hormones; semen analysis for men |
| Perimenopause | Hormone and bone-density testing with cervical and breast screening |
